Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

What have you done to your h2 today?

I replaced my torque converter (had a shimmy when touching 40mph since 50k miles now have 82k), replaced rear main seal while I was at it and replaced the oil cooler lines since they were leaking. Truck runs great and no more shimmy.

I had the h2 fully stripped out and started the process of sound deadening the whole body. See the new audio visual section for pics. Will keep that thread updated from now on.

Installed a new door stop on the front driver door. No more popping and scratching noises when opening and closing the door. Well worth the money!

Here's the old and new stop:

I've just seen some pics of my install. It's finished after three weeks, i'm picking it up tomorrow. I can't wait. I'll put all the pics up in another thread in the audio video section. Lojack, how do the speakers go with the Bose ? I was trying so long to make it all OEM, in the end I gave up and went aftermarket. I'll be on here this weekend with pics etc...

They sound just as good as the stock Bose speakers plus the tweeter so they have some highs as well.

I wanted to Polk DB series speakers but I didn't find them in store until after I bought these but these JBL's are very nice as well.
