Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

What have you done to your h2 today?

My 2003 H2 never had a water pump failure in it's 120,000 mile life span.
My current 2009 H2 just broke 115,000 miles & I'm assuming it still has it's original water pump.

I've only had 2 fuel pumps go & that was on the original H2 in the period of about 6 months (second fuel pump was faulty).

Well I replaced the u-joints on the front/rear driveshafts. It didn't solve my driveline slack issue but I'm happy to have grease-able joints and the old ones had some worn out grease in them anyway.

And I greased all 11 grease fittings on the front. I purchased the harbor freight pneumatic grease gun which made the job very easy. Great tool.

Next I'm going to try and get a good look at the motor mounts to see if that's my issue w/ the slack.

I also swapped out my Truklite LED headlights with Philips 75watt headlights. Much happier with them. Also got the front LED bars installed on the rack.

Yeah I need to get some night pics. The lows are great IMO. They light everything equally, no hot spots like other LED headlights. Reminds me more of HID's but obviously not quite as bright. The highs are kind of blah but if I need the highs I'll just hit the roof lights lol.
