I have a European light switch in a Norwegian registered Hummer

When turning switch to left, there is a loud buzzer sound from the fuse box. The car don´t start and passlock light gets on. I recently changed the whole fuse box with a new one that I bought from US: I don´t really know where to start. What makes the buzzer sound in or from fuse box? I was thinking taking out the fuse box and clean all connectors and change terminal connectors. It seems the electric pattern varies. Sometimes the door lock with remote function normal, with blinking parklight and horn as respons, other times it open up but don´t respons wiith lights or horns. I was conserned about the PCM ECM after reinstall a new fuse box, but is there a way to test that?
