You don't have N04. Eliminate the 490hz horn/wiring, and reconnect the green and black wire to the 410hz horn.

Thanks! I did try disconnecting each horn one by one and check the chirp earlier, didn't work. Reckon I should try it once again now that the actuators are fixed.
I'll check and get back.

Remove/disconnect the wires completely, and ONLY use the Green+ and black- wires to connect the 410 horn.
