Default Odometer/Trip

I was driving to get lunch today, and i figured id check and see how many miles i had on this tank of gas only to see that the trip has been reset. So i switched back to the odometer. after lunch i noticed that the odometer did not move since leaving the office... Does anyone know what is going on with this?

this seems weird to me since the rest of the DIC works. if you open the door its says "DOORS". the speedo and tach still work as well...
