Yep, I would have driven at least 5000 miles before I said I "noticed it"!

I just bought it a few days ago and just noticed that it didnt change. I looked at the paper work and it hasnt changed since i bought it. So i was concerned that it had more miles on it than it showed, but the dealership it went to get serviced at (a different one than i bought it from) said the mileage should be stored on the computer and the new odometer will show the true mileage. If i had owned it for a while I probably wouldnt be as quick to get it looked at lol

the dealership said the computer stores the correct miles, so there should be no confusion

The PROBLEM is you dug up an OLD THREAD to tack on your new question. Not how we do it here. Start a new thread in the proper vehicle section, indicate, Year, Model, Miles and any recent work done prior to the onset of symptoms. READ: Old Threads/'Necro-Bumping'

Use the search function before you post about your questions, it's been solved before + get a new instrument cluster.
