Oh yeah, I'll figure something out. What does #1 connect to on the bottom side?

There are no outer dimensional differences on the injectors (except connector type) according to the resources I read.

I will make a video on how to swap the injectors for future reference if anyone ever needs. I'm pretty excited about it. I also ordered a new intake gasket set. I figure I might as well replace it while I'm in there.

My HPTuners MPVI2 came in the mail today. I was unable to "segment swap" the engine due to operating system differences between the model years. However, I did "tune" what I could towards the 3.7L I5.

Here are my notes from today's work:Today's adjustments:
Changed idle based on coolant temp from 2006 to 2008

Changed injector flow rate vs. KPA from 2006 to 2007

Changed advance base correction from 2006 to 2007

Changed RPM cutoff from 2006 to 2007

Changed idle coast down spark advance from 2006 to 2007

Changed base dwell time from 2006 to 2007

Changed ETC limits from 2006 to 2007

Changed spark retard vs. torque from 2006 to 2007

Changed shift points from 2006 to 2008

Changed AC on/off from 6500RPM (2) to 5,000RPM (2) & 100%(2) to 80%(2)

Lastly, adjusted for tire size using wizard w/auto adjust for speedo & trans

What did you accomplish? My stock can still get 0-60 under 9seconds(empty=no passengers, tools, rear seats, spare &mount, etc. tires set @38psi).
This guy carrying a passenger, rear seats, spare tire, etc, tested:

I did not :/ I went to clamp the soft'ish fuel line to check with the method described and felt the line prior to doing so. It feels like a very rigid "soft" line and I think it will have a high chance of cracking if I pinch it, so I have decided against trying it. It would be the perfect way to check if the line was more pliable, I think.

My hope for tuning is better fuel economy and smoother operation haha. I'll check what my 0-60 is one of these days and will let you know.

More adjustments today:
Changed cylinder volume from 0.7L to 0.74L

Changed cranking fuel FA multi stage 1 vs time from 2006 to 2007

Changed injector offset from 2006 to 2007

Changed deceleration fuel cutoff from 1850RPM to 1700RPM

Changed base spark high octane from 2006 to 2007

Changed base spark low octane from 2006 to 2007

Changed normal catalyst heating (lightoff spark) from 2006 to 2007

Changed coast catalyst heating (lightoff spark) from 2006 to 2007

Changed idle P/N catalyst heating (lightoff spark) from 2006 to 2007

Changed idle gear catalyst heating (lightoff spark) from 2006 to 2007

Changed spark knock adaptive learning from 55kPa to 45kPa

Changed part throttle shift (all four areas) from 2006 to 2007

Changed upshift general from 2006 to 2007 (all five areas)

Changed torque converter apply/release speeds from 2006 to 2007

The vehicle feels way different already (my subjective perception). I love having the ability to adjust the tire size (speedometer reading), shift points, shift pressures, etc. HPTuners is well worth the money to me. The Autel is going back to Amazon.
