And yes I cleaned the throttle body there's nothing on it at all

I don't know if this comment is meant to be sarcastic but you clean the inside of the throttle body. I would check to make sure all your air connections are solid under the hood. You may also want to clean your MAP sensor, with MAO sensor cleaner. Of course, none of these things may be your problem.

The prefered method would be to start a new thread with your question and maybe link this old one if there is relevant information.
