they tried passing that same law in PA and MI, and they both got shot down...PA has some ball busting emissions laws too.

 

I really don't get lawmakers, why even propose such a ban? Maybe try getting the crack off the streets instead of giving exhaust tickets to tax paying citizens. I'll never understand.[:'(]

 

its because people with nice cars/trucks and loud exhaust can afford to pay tickets and fines...

however, the crackheads at second and bates, cannot...

 

Because the crack dealers will shoot and kill you, while the car fanatics will just destroy your car ;-)

They have nothing better to do. All it takes is one person who thinks everybody should think like them to make a rule like that. Oh wait, that's our government
