I was almost hesitant to post this (fueling the fire so to speak), but thought that it might offer some assistance to those few who
feel they are not receiving the service or attention that they need.I looked at a few of the laws in different states and it appears
that you need to follow certain procedures, in a certain sequence, in a specific way or thelaw is pretty ineffective. In all cases,
it looks to be a long and arduous path to a resolution that does not always favor the buyer.

Man, I don't wish this **** on anyone..........and I hope no one has to use it either....
