Default New Law in Alberta, Canada

There is a new law in Alberta, Canada that if you lift your vehicle, the bumper must stay within the legal limit. So pretty much big high vehicle than a bumper below, if I understood this correctly. And tires are not allowed to stick out passed the fender. Hopefully this law isn't taken to extreme, and sometimes let go, like the window tints.

The reason for this is to lower automotive accidents. I think big trucks should be looked at, but a hummer or truck witha bit bigger tires and a bit of a lift shouldnt be such a problem.

i was thinking about this law and a cool idea would be a bumper that you could hydrolicly lift higher and lower with the touch of a button.
