So after a full day searching for information, talking to tech support at crutchfield, I finally found a pinout for the factory plugs. The entire issue I had was someone removed the ground wire and put it in another hole on the plug. Put it back where it belonged and everything worked as it should. I did take out the extra wiring for the xm radio. I believe this was a dealer install as the wiring did not look factory and was a mess.
