No power to stereo... Ideas?
I have an '03 H2, purchased used around 2 years ago. It has a pretty massively upgraded stereo system - an Alpine IVA-W205, all kinds of amps under the rear seat, backup camera, nav system, the works.
Today I drove my son to an event, parked, and when I started it back up, everything except the stereo works. It seems like it simply has no power. Note that ambient temp around here is ~75 degrees and dry today, so I don't think weather played a part.
After I got home I tried several times, no luck. I pulled the Radio, Radio Amp, and two inline (added by stereo installers I assume) fuses, all look fine.
Unfortunately, it's a flush mount stereo so I can't even pull the unit without getting the front display to slide-down (the screws are inside).
Any ideas on what else to check?

Well, the mystery is solved.
I couldn't find a way to get the stereo out (it is flush all around) so I started pulling open the dash. Couldn't get the center surround out with the center console in place, so I started working on that. When I got the console bin out, I noticed it had two wires attached to it.
Apparently whomever did the aftermarket stereo equipment put a kill switch in there (reason unknown) and it had gotten bumped into the off position.
One flip of the switch and I'm back in business.
