Best of luck in all seriousness, though. I did call around town to most garages and machine shops to ask about pressing in the bushing but didn't have any luck. Not sure why it would be difficult as long as the press has some space around it for the crossbar but I was tired of striking out. IF you have to go this route (wouldn't recommend it unless you are out of options), I would strongly advise against using a ratcheting breaker bar. I had the hardest time getting it to remain in the position I needed to tighten it down. That's all I had at the moment and I was already mentally done with it all so I chanced it and everything worked out okay. A regular, non-adjustable, non-ratcheting breaker bar with maybe some grippy tape at the handle likely would have worked so much better.
