Yes, more details on that radiator would be great. That looks like the best alternative to be posted so far.

Whatever ...

I want one of these. Were you able to get one yet? If so where and how (how much doesn't matter).

Perhaps a new record, it took 128,000 miles for my radiator's top tank to finally crack!

I just replaced it with a new AC Delco P/N 22000 ordered from autopartstomorrow.com for about $185 including overnight shipping. The new AC Delco looks identical to the original out of my 2006, let's see if it'll last over 100k miles too.

actually sounds like the best deal going so far since "they"say that the stock unit is best "inside".
do you plan to continue with the orange juice , and if so will you use the treatment stuff??

I put in new Havolin Dex-Cool, it's always worked fine for me with no signs of contamination in the system but I change it every 50k miles. I also always use the pre-mixed stuff to avoid any issues with my town's hard water supply.

Just my guess but the H3 radiator cracking problem looks like a material, mechanical failure from the cooling system's normal, everyday pressure cycling. On my truck there was no wear on my old radiator from the support flange yet I have the exact same long crack to the right of the top mounting bracket. The new radiator has about the same 3/8" clearance in that area too after installation.
