Just because it's not "on the internet" does not mean it's not an issue.

Oh, and here are a few ECBM issues FROM the internet:

That is where I have been, 2 different GM dealers can't figure this out. So they are going to the default which is to simply replace the ABS module.

(is that what the ECBM is?)

#1 No confirmation as to what fixed the issue?

#3 No confirmation as to what fixed the issue? However, includes a great post: I would be highly suspect of the brake puter going bad. Sounds like a dealer b.s. story to me but, if they say that's what the problem is...I would let them fix it. The $1200 price tag basically means they don't have a clue but, they have enough fluff in the quote to fix whatever it is. For that kind of money...you should get a forever guarantee that the ABS light will stay off.

Do not appreciate you throwing crap at me.
You've spent more in the last 6months on repairs, than I've spent in the last 10years on repairs. Simply because I know how to correct a poor connection. My '07 lives in the northeast with drastic temp changes, snow, and salt, and your '10 is sitting on the west coast with an issue that I still have never confirmed? FIND A TECHNICIAN THAT KNOWS HOW TO DIAGNOSE AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE!
Btw, I do not appreciate the crap that is being throwing around by: Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment.

Depends on what they are replacing when they say "ABS module". The ECBM is this: Module Kit,Electronic Brake Control (W/Brake Pressure Mod Valve) Part No.: 25939761

or

They could be replacing this: Cylinder Asm,Brake Master(W/Power Brake Booster&Chassis Control Module) Part No.: 19258790

Best of luck with the repairs. My buddy who is a pretty darn good shade-tree mechanic was stumped for months. Even the dealer with their Tech2s where stumped.

if you can get to the module and open it you can check it for bad solder joints or corrosion.

2019, spend was on brakes, brake pads, oil change. the biggest charge was for torn boot and front lower ball joints.

After the front brakes were done, the ABS starting going haywire. That is still unresolved.

I am originally from NYC, cannot stand LA, nor your being such a cuck.
