Basic single din radio upgrade question
This is my question about the adapters.
Your FIRST step is to know what OEM Stereo you had/have. Monsoon has the sub in the rear left side interior panel.
Two - what Radio you are going to use for replacement.
Third - the required Adapter to wire it and or what specific Adapter you are trying to use.
For anybody to assist you they NEED to know one through three above, just like you should. The old "I got a replacement radio and it don't work.... what should I do?" That is an invitation for wild guesses and I do not bother.
Good luck.

Ok that makes the most sense as I expect that is how the adapters should work.
Like why even have the red and yellow wires in the adapter plug if I can't use them.
I thought the fact that the adapter was specific to my car on the one i purchaseed would mean it would work, but I didn't know initially that there are additional modules.
