Okay… thanks anyway.
I followed ur video steps. The car did exactly like the video. No problem. That didn’t solve the problem. And then I asked what shifting to N do? Can you drive on that? Conclusion is that it still does it and won’t let me switch to 4lock low or high and give me the same code when I try to. What’s the next step to try to resolve this problem ?
thanks again

I got the abs scanner that you told me about from Amazon to read the abs codes. I don’t know if that scanner that you told me about is TCCM capable or not. The selector to N worked fine. I checked battery and terminals and they are good. Should I replace the TCCM?
how to check the encoder?
Mine had this issue and now has it again. It was the tilt and yaw sensor. I believe that’s the right name. It’s a small box located under the carpet of the drivers seat. My sunroof had leaked and that area got damp. I replaced the sensor with a cheap on line one I picked up and it fixed the problem but it has come back after about two years. This time I’ll be replacing it with OEM which is 5x the price. May take a look at that and make sure the plug isn’t corroded. If not I’d replace. Mine also threw no codes. You have to take the drivers seat out and pull the carpet back. You can’t get to it with the seat in. It seems like a design flaw cause if that area gets wet it gets the sensor. Hope that helps.
I also had an issue with it not wanting to go into 4 high or low. The buttons seemed to have gotten stuck. Don’t know if it was corrosion from the damp interior from the sunroof leak or what. I let my temper get the best of me and smashed the hell out of the buttons. The made a pop noise and then started working. Lol. The pesky sunroof leak can cause several heartaches it seems.
