2006 H3 won’t start
You have to rule out electrical first. If you have a multimeter, test obvious points such as at the starter, the pcm, at the fuel pump if you have access. Also if you have a scan tool or a tech2 or tech2win, look at the live data with ignition on to check voltages and other signs of problems with ignition and fueling.
But checking for voltages at common places that must have a signal to crank I think is important 1st step. Also regarding the battery, even though the voltage is 12.9 that doesnt mean much necessarily, that could be surface charge. Run the headlights for 2-3 minutes, then check the battery again. Did the voltage drop a significant amount? If it did then you have a bad battery my friend.
