Again, what is the resting voltage? Voltage test is simple to do while it's just sitting there not starting.

Resting voltage was 12.9- I took the battery out and had it tested.

You can't get an accurate resting voltage when you take the battery out?

How high temp affects your battery.

Tested battery in and out of the truck. Tested fine. Used screwdriver to start the truck. Passlock is fine.

Replace the ignition switch.

Ignition replaced, new ECM, new starter, good batteries, and new cables. Still doesn’t want to start. Only sometimes. Doesn’t even crank when it’s hot out. What the hell is wrong with this piece of crap truck.

You replaced the switch? (NOT THE LOCK CYLINDER) The SWITCH? You also cleaned the connector?

Back to the battery, what is the resting voltage mounted, when you get a no crank condition?

try swapping the starter relay for another known to work like the horn if it fits then see if the car starts or the horn works.
