I got a email today from performance by Joe, from St Louis, on tuning my hummer. He was highly recommended by a shop in St Louis . He said had concerns in the difference in the sensor could be different wave pattern on what it sees. Ls 2 and Ls 3 cam and crank sensors don't interchange and use the same tone wheels. The pcm in that combo is very minimal.. not a lot of support or use. He open a file and there was about a 1/4 of tables that are most gm pcms.. He said would try, but he don't think he can get nowhere. Thanks for all you trouble, I'll check the wiring, then wait until I find someone to tune my hummer.

What does LS2/3 swap have to do with the LLR swap?

I have know ideal, I know nothing about pcm's.

The LS2 has 6.0L of displacement, whilst the LS3 has 6.2L of displacement.

Before you go diving into this , check this forum, i recall someone did something like this and he didnt need any programming.

Great, back to the LLR, same displacement, yet some mods were added to the '09.
