Vouch. Don't be that ******* that blinds everyone on the road like the new ford pickups.

CHEAP LEDs in reflector housings are a bad idea. GOOD LEDs have finally placed the emitter diode in the exact 3 dimensional place the filament is, and really produce about the same pattern. The 3 sided LEDs are junk. You want the ones on a very thin blade with very very small diodes or yeah, the pattern doesn't light the road and blinds everyone.

Also any time you replace headlights or modify your suspension take the time to RE AIM THEM.

Especially since it takes literally half a brain and 2 seconds on the h2. Don’t even have to open the hood.

Sylvania ZEVO on both headlights and driving lights. Takes few minutes to replace all. No modifications required. Factory look. Best out there.

Default Morimoto Super7s

Morimoto Super7s true LED projectors with shudders. A little pricy but worth it. 3 yrs so far no issues. Pretty easy install.

IF you want incredible headlights with the STOCK housing - buy these, They are literally twice the distance of stock lights.

Brighter does not always mean better.
Will you have guys flashing you all the time when they are being blinded? Asking for a friend

I have enough problems with people doing that with my normal brightness Sylvania ZEVO, arguably one of the best out there.

The main issue with these is that the housing is engineered with a specific focal point. That being the center of the incandescent filament. With leds the diodes are always off of the focal point and there are usually multiple diodes in a larger area. Then what happens is you end up with a crazy bright but unfocused beam, so you’re blinding other drivers and not even getting much light benefit anyway.

In fact these are illegal in the US. It’s illegal to modify any part of your headlight and you can get ticked. That’s why it’s best to find a quality DOT approved headlight assembly.
