You go any lower than your current level you will be sucking air causing issues!

So you posted an online pic from somebody that has their Res overfilled in defense of your ignorant statement? What was the coolant temp at the time the pic was taken?

I had an 07, it is different than an 09 Alpha. I know where the fill line is, you do not, pretty obvious.

Looky looky at the fill line for the Alpha, way down below the mold joint all the way down at the bottom of the Res where it curves.....

Picture posted from new car show review back in 2008. Arrow is absolute minimum full cold is above. Fill to tank seam is FULL COLD also allows more time when a leak develops without causing overheat condition. If you came into my shop for service coolant system would be inspected for leaks and coolant would be added. Drive on.
