hood latch cable unhooked.

hood latch cable unhooked.
so my battery when dead and I tried poping the hood and nothing happend when I went to go look at the front of the hummer. I saw that the hood cable came off. Can anyone a diagram of where the hood cable goes on the hood latch that would help me a lot. Or if anyone can tell me how to unlatch the hood latch to open it. Thanks
