You can ship it to my daughter in Houston and I can pick it up there.
I will same or more than you can get on ebay.

And if you get the information how to disable the alarm when converting to springs I would appreciate if you can share that information with me.
Hey Jorgen,
Don't think you'll find any compressors. I have been looking for a long time also. Even though my compressor is working, I cannot guaranty it is 100%. It does lift the H2 up to the high position over normal ride height and then when commanded return it to normal ride height. But I have no idea if the air leak.(Which takes a while to drop the H2) is the air line or the bags. I'm assuming it is the air lines or the bags. But there could be something in the compressor I have no clue.

You would be taking a Gamble. But when I do convert to springs I'll contact you first. I should know something in a week or so from my mechanic. I plan to make a YouTube video of it lifting and dropping down again to go with the listing on ebay. I can post that here so you can see it working before I list it if you want it. I plan on listing it for $2500.00 and (Sold For Parts Not Working) Back in the day before they discontinued it it sold New for $2700.00 or so. I have to list it as not working as it's a Contractual eBay thing. If I list it as working and something goes wrong then I have to refund the money to the buyer. That's why it will be listed as Not Working Sold For Parts and As is no returns no refunds.

So after all that ....it will be up to you if you want it. Of course I'll post how to disable the warning indicator. If you search my posts you will see some of the guys posted different ways to try to disable the warning and code. There is what they call an "EBM Module" that plugs into the left over connector that tells the unit it's still intact and working which prevents the light from coming on.
It is sold with some spring kits but only from 2003-2007. Not sure it will work with 2008 or 2009,

So let me know if you want to take a shot at this 16 year old compressor on my H2. My H2 has only about 80 K miles. The compressor was replaced in 2010 under warranty at the dealer and one airbag back in the day. You can email me I think thru this forum. or post here.

Hello Mark,

Actually, my compressor is still working good, it's only the module that is the problem.
My Hummer is with American spec and have about 80 000 miles on it.
I have a brand new compressor unit, but it's for 2003 to 2007 so it will not fit, and the module is different.

So if your compressor unit have the same module then no problem if compressor is not working properly.

OK I get it now..it's the module on the compressor? Is that what you are talking about? Or another control module somewhere else. If it's the one on the compressor ...then how is the unit working? Is it just throwing codes on your dash and that's it?

If I remove the compressor then I will sell it complete. It's no good to anyone without being complete working unit with the module. So I couldn't sell it as a working compressor.
Or am I missing something here? If it is the module on the compressor yourtalking about? Then if it's not potted and sealed then maybe it can be opened and repaired. If there is a Microcontroller that is bad inside then that can't be fixed. But if it's a resistor or capacitor or transistor that has gone bad then that could be replaced. You would have to take that in to someone who does electronic repair. I have repaired items inside in some electronics used in the Automobile world. Not all but some depending on the component.
Just a suggestion.

From what I understand is that 2008 and 2009 air ride are the same. If they are then you should have the same Dashboard as the 2009 with the lift button at the bottom with the flashing L.E.D. the blinks when you raise and lower it.

Alos, found this site: Shows a rebuilt unit... It says available..on chat hold waiting for someone.??? It's $1500.00.....Check it out. The module number is 20803367 I got that off a Picture on line.
Also Google says this:

Overview of H2 Air Suspension Compressors
  • Shared Parts: The compressor unit, dryer, control module, and solenoid valve block remain mechanically and electronically interchangeable between the 2008 and 2009 model years.
  • OEM Part Number: Both model years use the same original equipment replacement part numbers (such as GM OEM Part #19436043 or GM Part #20803372).

So you are still interested in the complet Air Compressor if I pull it out? Let me know so we are on the same page.
