Default New Leaf Springs, Shackles and Shocks

So I went to the dealer for an oil change and told them I was hearing a creaking noise from the rear. The noise normally goes away after a car wash? I was thinking maybe the leaf springs are gunky. They come back and tell me I need to replace the leaf springs, shackles and probably the shocks. I'm going to power wash the springs first and then see what happens.

What say ye?

unless you the springs are broken or too flat to live with just clean them up. I would check the sway bar end links and bushings, and check the shocks yourself because dealerships are out to make money

Look at the shackle bushings and the front leaf springs bushings for dry rot or cracking too.
