Shocks For better Ride

"Shocks" For better Ride??????
I live in a urban area with allot of bad streets and pot wholes. Does anyone know of a way to make my h3 ride smother and absorb the bumps better? My last vehicle was an H2. It had a smother ride. I'm thinking maybe because the H3 has leaf springs in the back as opposed to coil spring in the h2. I'm thinking maybe different shocks might help. Any suggestions would be appreciated...Bondo John
