If his is like my h3 it has four wires that run off the main tailite harness, but it indeed has no connector.

 

I bought a simple connector at the auto parts store, and wired it right in, no probs. The wiring harness running across the rear bumper has a 4 wire stub sticking out. Had to reach up inside up high and pull it down and make my connections.

 

i found the 4 wires coming off the rear lt wire harness..are these the ones?
if so, do they "splice" into the trailer wires? OR do they connect male/female style? thanx!

 

I know I am resurrecting the dead, but the wires are there. It took me an hour to find them. Mine were rolled up tight, against the license plate light wire.

If it were not for you guys, I would not have found them!!

 

I posted pictures of the location of the wires, hope someone found them usefull.
