In search of steps/instructions on replacement rear seat latch

I tried searching web and YouTube came up empty. I’m looking something that might explain what needs to be removed to get old cable out and new cable installed. This for rear seat drivers side.

The rear seat drivers side of WHAT? Plus this is not the section for tech questions.
