small latch on rear right side, lift it up (it should have a 1 on it, but may be worn off) that will allow you to fold the seat flat. Then, underneath, there's another latch (should have #2 on it) that will make the whole seat flip forward. Finally, there's two cross bars near the front side of the seat (by this time it will be folded towards the front) squeeze the top one down and it will release the seat from the truck.
