Help with Suspension
Don't worry, I don't think anyone measures or has stated measurements with the flares installed. This may help you figure the ride height if you want to do a little math. I have 23 5/8" from center of the wheel to the fender lip w/out flares. Measured from the ground on 1 year old 35's, the bottom of my orange side marker is 38 1/4". Just do the math for your tires.
Ok, apologies for the late reply, i had to find time of work to get greasy!
removed the fender flares, and began to start lifting.
Pic before i started :

The height is sitting now at 23 1/2. front.
The rear is at 25" since some years ago after fitting extended shackles.
I have also purchased Skyjacker lift blocks for the rear. But after i buying it, i found out i cant really use it as my springs are under the axle? what a waste!
