I've searched but with no luck. I need a quick guide to raising the front suspension using the torsion bars.

Iv fitted some new wheels, 22 inch XD rockstars with 37" Nitto Mud Grapplers, Have some rubbing which is annoying me. I want to crank it up about an inch or so if possible to take it away.

Can someone point me in the direction of a guide with some pics?

Right...sorted this. But found something strange.

I gave the driver side torsion bar 3 and a 1/2 turns. Went to passenger side, and it had almost no adjustment left in it. Driver side had loads left even after adjustment.

3 turns on the passenger side and it was in as far as it could go, and the passenger side is slightly lower than the drivers side.

What could need replacing or be wrong?

 

did you replace the torsion keys? you should be able to get 2"s on the front that way. I think they cost around $200

 

No. keys are standard. Im more worried now by the fact one torsion bar is adjusted all the way in, one is half way out.

Any idea's? Knackered torsion bar?

 

hey sorry just saw your post again. my bars are the same as yours. the one side has a lot more adjustment left and the other side is almost all used up.f
