Help with suspension

my h2 has a 4 inch rancho lift kit with 38 inch pro comp tires (38 50x14 50R 18LT). Off road it amazing but on road its a little to bouncy. Would anybody know of anyways of how to fix the bouncyness and body movement without lowering it? Also if i were to lower it how low could i drop it without causing wheel rub or any other damage of that sort?

I may have to go buy another H2 and add all the stuff to make it look like that. That thing is awesome!
