So I've had a few "toys" (cars) over the years but always wanted an H1. I went out to Vegas with my wife and had one all lined up to rent for a day to try.

I looked forward to this for months and a few hours before we're going to pick it up the company called and said it was unavailable due to maintenance issues. . . I was a little upset. . . and worst of all didn't get the opportunity to drive an H1.

I live in Watertown, WI centrally located between Madison and Milwaukee. Anyone know of a rental place around here that has one I could try? I'd like to buy one at some point but I'd really like to just see if it's for me before making a 35+K investment.

Actually you are asking anyone in Wisconsin with an H1 that would not mind letting me take it around the block

That might be your best bet.. Probably be easier to find than a rental place with one.

 

Yeah, unfortunately the rental demand for an H1 in this area isn't very high.

 

Best thing to do might be to find some for sale around you and do some test drives.
