Default chirp when turning slow

HI every1 ... My H2 had a high pitched chirp when turning , most on reverse . Only thing I found was the ball joint damage ( which I got to replace anyway)

I did lubricated the joints and the chirp stop for a day or two then came back worse
Is this relate to the joints or Any thought what could this chirp be ?

Also what would be your recommendation for replacing the ball joint (only the bad part or all the front end )
Any specific brand or OEM parts ?

Truck had only 70,000 miles , no offroad .

Thanks

Ball joints, tie rod ends, idler?Pitman arm and control arms I use Moog. Its not because they are any better or worse but because they have a Lifetime warranty and are serviceable. when I say serviceable I mean they have zerk fittings in them so that you can actually lube all the moving joints with a grease gun. Most Oil change places used to do this but its starting to go away as more and more cars have sealed joints.

everytime I have a prob with the front suspension I get a whole new part for free.
The moogs wear out just as often as the stock parts but I don't have to pay for them again.

Good info ... I was planning to get Moog as everywhere recommended .. However the real problem was found with the Hub as you read on early thread
The BJ is good for now however the rubber boots are all cracked .. Is this fixable or do I need to replace the whole part . Thanks
