Very possible because a shop installed it lol. So I’ll have to either do it my self or let a different shop do it lol

do you think this have anything to do with the TCM? Or PCM Do you think maybe something wrong with them that triggering this or not working properly ?

You already verified a good signal to the pcm. Time to go in and properly replace the ISS!

2007s do not have a TCM.
