ISS works! QD clean connector/contacts at/to the trans/pcm, with battery disconnected, let dry, reconnect battery, and clear code, then drive on. Post an update if the code returns or not.

That’s great to hear I did spray half a can of QD into the harness and after it dried I put dielectric and pressed it back on . I cleared the codes I did it at the harness of the transmission but I didn’t do it at the actual pcm, should I? Spray and grease?

With code P0717 it means that PCM is not seeing any speed signal from the ISS. You can stop here now, and drive on, if code returns, go to pcm connector/contacts.

The code back another
it haven’t been since my last post but this morning I started the hummer , it’s 45 degrees outside and the check engine light was on. I checked for stores codes and it was the stupid p0716 instead The hummer still drive fine . Should I clean the connection at the pcm and grease then? Or what else should I do ?

so that p0716 was for the other speed sensor, I changed it and it went away but today I was driving the hummer and p0717 came back on and I cleared it . What else you recommend so it doesn’t keep coming back

Both codes point to the ISS.

so does that mean the connection is dirty or the actual iss not working , we tested everything and everything was working , does that mean the connection is still dirty somewhere ?

Yes the ISS is failing/shorted wire/dropping contact/connection/signal to the pcm.

Time to replace it:>>>
2134336 2134336
