a jumper wire like just a long wire that I can cut and strip and hook one end to a the multimeter and the other with like a paper clip to the pin . And the other part on the multimeter just directly to one pin , That should do the trick right ?

Yes, secure a stripped wire to the pcm J1 connector pin 23, drop it down underneath and check from underneath, 1 probe to the stripped wire and 1 probe to the trans connector pin K, both Brown/White.

I found the pink line which meet the diagram same as the brown white line also meet the diagram but for the ground the light blue doesn’t match the same spot in the diagram it’s dark blue, the light blue and white line is above the opposite side but I tried to check and I got no voltage
I checked the fuse box number 34 and the fuse is 10amp looks fine

what am I doing wrong ? Why I am not getting reading ?? Does the ignition like have to be on?

KOEO (Key On to the run position Engine Off)
>>>At the plug to the transmission, check for 12 volts on pin E Pink wire.
& Ground on the pin V Light Blue.

yes I figured I am stupid I checked I got 11.92V

I also checked the brown white didn’t see any shortage or tear it looks in good condition

next I’ll check from the pcm to the white brown wire

Make sure to clean connector contacts (power off) while your there.

I will spray in the harness to make sure it’s clean
I am looking at the pcm now which one is pin 23?? Do I just count from let to right starting from the top to 23?

Look for numbers and count from there and verify position from the opposite side where the BROWN/WHITE connects.
