Yes.... If the switch is shorted out, or if wiring to it is making no connection.

I have dropped my car off to a technician to check everything and get my car fixed. Qhen I get my truck back im going to update you guys on what was the issue. Im hoping for the neutral switch but will see.

Finally got my truck working. I had to replace the starter because it was dead dead! Lol. Also I had to repair the wiring to a/t and speed sensor and wiring to shift control.
