My '94 H1 sometimes cranks and starts right up with no issues then on other days it won't crank at all. The batteries are fully charged. If I have my wife engage the ignition key in the start position and I crawl under the vehicle and "wiggle" one of the wires to the starter it cranks right up. It can go days working just fine and randomly I may have to do the wiggle process. I can replace the wire, but was wondering if anybody has experienced something similar before I do this?

 

Check your cable connections for corrosion. Make sure your battery terminal bolts and starter bolt have good, clean contacts
