If you don't see "condensate drainage" while running the A/C, you got blockage in the drain to the hvac case, that needs cleaned. Nothing to do with rain, a/c performance, nor your evap codes.

Default Passenger Leak

Also you may want to check the seals on the front windshield. When I had a replacement I guess they didn't seal it properly according to philips glass when I had another new one put in from Winter damage. After that it seemed to eliminate my passenger leak. Hope this helps.

I know for a fact the leak is not from the roof or anything up there. No sun roof. I poured water directly in the center of the cowl, not off the windshield but directly in the opening. I removed both pieces of the cowl so I can see in there. Water started dripping within a minute from the underside of the a/c box. I can’t see the passenger side clearly because metal covers it 3/4 to the center from passenger side. I was thinking of buying an Inspection Camera from HF to locate the water entrance. This sucks.

Let's nip this in the bud. We do not like digging up old azzed dead threads or tacking the same questions on the end of old threads you happened to dig up. Not need, serves no purpose other than to plaster you all over the forums asking the same stuff. Ask it once in your new thread, year, model, miles, symptoms, then WAIT for suggestions. Read at will anything else you find buried here.

Thank you for your anticipated cooperation. Good Luck.
