Nice meter, I have many of them! I use them a lot and the only problem I've noticed at times not accurate, I switch off and back to reset and recheck reading. Voltage looks good at the battery, next would be a simple check interior socket voltage to verify the output is making it's way to the interior(radio).
Socket is a good place to start. With a meter, red goes into the base contact, and touch the black probe on the housing. Post the results.
