7 speakers, where in the OPs post do you see anything about a Monsoon? All we know is that it is an 06 H3, has the OEM head unit, the fuses and cables checked and from time to time he hears sound.
Intermittent sound points to the OEM speakers are shot.
"I have checked the fuses, the cables on the radio (is the original one)
Please help!! 🙏
From time to time it starts to sound but as soon as I turn the hummer off and back on it does not work anymore
Hummer H3 2006
"

There are a ton of posts like this from years past where the OPs didn't notice a speaker dying, then another, and another until there was "no sound".

As Taint said, happened to a bunch of people. When all you have working are the tweeters, sounds strange.

Look above at the fuse box posted: Radio #13(10A) Amp #38 (25amp). No need for an Amp fuse with the base system. Btw, when speakers fail, NEVER a sound. When an amp is failing/shorting/overheating, sound can come and go. Still with the base, highly doubtful ALL 6 speakers failed.

Sometimes you can be a BAFOON! It has happened more often then you know. Plenty of posts here on the very subject.
Oh yeah, a stretched voice coil due to the loss or degradation of the cone surround (outer suspension of a speaker) can and WILL produce intermittent sound especially under normal driving conditions.

Really, every H3 has seven speakers? Do we know which sound system the OP has? Yes, many times 2-3 and even 4 door speakers have toasted very close in time. The tweeters themselves are barely discernable if they survive, and they usually do. If you happen to be hearing compromised, you might not even know they exist. It is not volume that kills the OEM speakers, it is weather intrusion of water seeping down inside the doors on the paper speakers. Trucks that are outside in the weather all the time suffer from dead speakers quicker than those inside all or some time.

It is apparent you cannot comprehend that whatever your H3 is doing is irrelevant to what others may be experiencing. My 07 had its left front die, then the rear right, then the rear left door speakers die all within a week or two of each other, which led to an excuse for a nice upgrade to Pioneer speakers and Dynamat in all 5 doors. HUGE improvement.

The krap azzed OEM speakers in my 09 Alpha (w/ Monsoon) all worked even though they had moisture damage and were warped, but they are gone. Replaced with Rockford Fosgate door speakers, Tweeters and Sub with the addition of a separate Alpine Sub Amp and Dynamat in/on all the doors including rear and behind the sub. None have any paper, all door speakers are in a partial XTC enclosure that keeps water off. Once you hear that, you would realize the OEM stuff is just enough to get by and not much more than krap.

Hi! Sorry for the long wait,

So I did check the amplifier and its good. All the speakers work fine as well.

Lately I have been having problems with the battery and each time I jumped the Hummer the radio worked!

I just got a new battery and it is back to turned on but no sound... I am so confused
