Can anyone answer this...

I want to add some height, i want a bit of height now, but probably would took forward to a bigger lift and bigger tires as soon as this is not my daily driver (maybe). what modifications can i do now, with the idea to increase lift in the future? ...Without needing to dissassemble my mods.

If i do a daystar 1" kit, can i still do a full lift kit in the future?
If i do a readylift 2.5" leveling kit, can i still add a suspension lift in the future?
(which would make a bigger visual impact between the two for now?)

Nothing needs to be done other than buying big tires.

Do the Daystar lift whenever you want, makes no difference.

The 2.5" leveling "kit" is a waste of money, you can spend that money on beer and rear shackles and a socket for your t-bars and still have money in your pocket (unless you REALLY like a lot of beer)

Either could be done alone or together and you could still look at a 4" lift in the future without feeling put out about removing your 1" or 2" "lift"

Rear shackles? I haven't read much on that option. Would I be required to remove the Daystar lift or the leveling kit to do a "bigger" lift in the distant future?

The Daystart 1" lift will install 1" thicker spacers in between the frame and the body of the H3 at the 12? mounting points that hold the top and bottom of the vehicle all together. The 4" lift kits are springs/shocks in the back and some form of drop brackets for the suspension (lots of stuff, but basically mechanical adaptors between your suspension how it is located now and how pieces need to be located when they move 4" apart) and other assorted bits. The 4" lift kits are all in the suspension and under the frame so the two kits do not interfere with each other- one is above the frame rails and the other is below the frame (simplified explanation). If you do the t-bar crank and then later do the 4" lift, you will have to adjust your t-bars again to do the install of the 4" lift but it's no big deal so why worry about having to "remove" it. The 1" lift is compatible with whatever you do below the body as it doesn't make any more clearance for anything other tha wheels over 35" or perhaps giving you more rocker clearance. Your front/rear diffs are still at the same height and the frame is still at the same height so you didn't really gain any clearance offroad. Bigger tires will increase your clearance over obstacles and you can fit 35" tires off the showroom floor without doing a dang thing to your H3!

What do you want the lift to accomplish? Be high up in the air? Clear rocks? Allow you to fit 37"+ tires? Look good at the mall?

Thank you!!! So I need that Daystar 1" and I will re-crank my front end to try to level it... that was an awesome response...

Next up: cold air intake 101. I want the best results... any advantages between the different cai ?

Yeah, you want one that uses a sealed airbox to keep mud and water out. AirDoc is what a lot of people here run.
