Unplug, remove current bulb, insert new bulb, plug in.

So the fog lights have no effect on BCM?
the info I get on the web is conflicting
do the headlights require CanBus capacitor harness? To be clear I can just upgrade bulbs in fog lights But headlights require CanBus harness?

"Bulb" is a bulb. Headlight/fog light can be an entire unit, bulb, reflector, clear cover etc.... different animals, keep your terminology consistent.

I will rephrase can you replace the Headlight and foglight BULBs. From OEM bulbs to LED bulbs without any issues? Is it just a simple swap out Or is there more to it?

 

Yes, you are right.
Just don't go cheap LED bulbs and make sure you realign the headlight beam after your conversion
