Check batteries for proper voltage with voltmeter (1.5v+) +you need to keep power ON to the black box, place it in your glove box or under the seat,. Just don't turn the power off. If you keep getting failure with proper voltage batteries, contact seller and request refund.
Btw, this is nothing new, many have been making the black box for years.
This works for certain 2008 to 2016 GM models:

Battery's checked. All good. Sent a question to the link you sent on the TPMS delete in Canada. Ask if it would work on my H3. I left it on. Setting on front seat. Light came back on. Going to contact seller today, see what he says.

Early am in Romania. Wait for a response and let them know it doesn't stay active. Just, make sure to place it in the glovebox or under the seat. Btw, It only takes a properly equipped scanner to diagnose.

As I said I sent the seller a message, however went to wrong seller that I purchased another item. They replied quick. Guess they think I'm crazy, had nothing to do with their item. lol. So I sent this morning to right one. Back when I started all this, Dealer and locksmith said something was wrong with my computer as neither could get the proper reply from it. So I'm thinking if I purchase the scan tool I have a link you sent to me. It will not work? Dealer said there is a wire in the harness that is broke. Big bucks to trace it down. Way over my head. I think the delete sensor is ok. Will wait for his reply.

Something just occurred to me. Ok I'm slow. old age, ugly, that's my excuse. Just dawned on me when I turn key to first position, no check engine icon is displayed. and when started no check light on. Maybe the bulb is burned out? Or it was removed by previous owner. What do you think?

some scan tools will tell you if the mil light is on or off. if the scanner says on and the light is out then they removed it or put in a blown bulb. on the H2 it is a surface mount LED so rare to just burn out would need to be tampered with to not light.
