Hummer H3 For the Hummer driver who wants the rugged look and off road capabilities of the Hummer, but in a smaller size and with a more fuel economy friendly engine.

I think it may be dead for good now

Unfortunately, I don't think that will work here. It's currently parked on the street outside my house. The association hasn't complained yet but I don't think they would appreciate that!

$2500? I'll even throw in that flywheel lock but you have to promise not to tell me if you were easily able to get it running

Honestly, I don't know if that's a reasonable number or not. I do know I paid $3K to rebuild the transmission about 18 months ago, and the tires are almost brand new, so I'm sure you could get a good bit more parting it but as mentioned already, you have to have room to do that, which I don't.

Ugh...Ohio, right? That will likely be $1K to transport? I don't think I want to eat that out of the $2500. I'd like to clear that much, or close.

Well, I am no longer a Hummer owner. I do miss it, but I don't miss looking at it sitting out there unable to move.

Thanks to everyone who helped me with various problems over the years.

No...he was too far away to make the shipping worth it. I will say that I got a LOT of interest...I put it on OfferUp and my phone was blowing up. Sold it for $2200 the second day. I suspect I could have held out for more but at that point I just wanted it gone. Anything running on that I see for sale around here is $8K or more, so if you can get a used engine or head and swap it yourself, you will probably come out ahead.
