Angry Starter not turning

Okay so after taking my starter wires loose for my maintence last week, I've put everything back on and now my starter wont work.
It just clicks and when I hold it i can hear a buzzing/whine.
The batteries are charged and im guessing the solenoid and relays are good becasue the starter is clicking so what could it be?
Grounds? Corroded terminals? what gives?

Sounds like it may be a bad connection either from corrosion thatgotin theway during the disassembly and reassembly. Possibly a damaged ground. But it's had to tell from a post. I would clean every thing really good. And try again

This has happened to me with two different vehicles. It just happened with my jeep a couple months ago. Took the starter off because I had to do a few things. Put it back on and the solenoid was fried. And it ran perfectly before that. I still have no idea what happened, but yes, has happened to two of my vehicles. Not saying that's what's wrong with yours, but it was for mine. Let us know what it is when you find out.

Yupp, the solenoid is shot. I cross referenced the part number and got one for $90 as to 200 on hummer websites. Hopefully this will be the last problem.. Ive spent 600+ on parts within the past week..

Default Pasloc

Look up pas loc bypass for the h3 and the t. If the little lock icon is lit then leave in start position for 10 min, put foot on break and turn to off then to start in one motion. Not a battery or starter issue but a security issue. Something to do with reading the chip in the key

I do know solenoids!.
issue with ? shape of key ,a contact in the ign sw assm.
it thinks its being stolen with a bad key when the 10 minute delay comes up,from what ive read here.
