sorry no I gave you the wrong name. The IAT intake air temperature sensor is what i meant.
I believe on the hummer it is part of the MAF sensor

The IAT sensor is responsible for measuring the air temperature and density to achieve the optimal air/fuel mixture for any condition.
Depending on the time of year, IAT sensor issues can be a real problem. When it is cold outside, it may be more difficult for your H3’s engine to start. This is due to a lean condition that’s more noticeable when the air temperature is lower.

The MAF sensor could be your issue. Being that you say it is showing up when its colder that leads to the IAT part of the MAF.
The MAF sensor has a total of 5 wires. Three of them are dedicated to the MAF part and the other 2 are dedicated to the IAT Sensor part.

You seem to be throwing parts the problem. This one is the one part that is actually affected by temperature.

I know mine had an issue starting in the cold the other day, but it was -22 degrees,

if you swapped your relays and the problem changed which it has because it got worse then that means you have bad relays or corrosion in the fuse box.

I am not sure I’ll check the box and make sure no corrosion before I install the new ones

try the relays first before changing out the MAF sensor as it is wise to go from the cheapest option to the most expensive when troubleshooting issues.
