Is when I turn the engine on, I put my foot of accelerator pedal keeping the rpm above 1 and under 2 for about 30 sec to 1 min. My theory is that since the engine and most of the car are made out of metal. During cold days and nights, the metal tends to freeze in place causing the engine to struggle to turn on. Hope this helps, I'll update if I find a solution
but it wasn’t doing that before I had this car I. MN and it was below zero and it would start now all the sudden it start to act up

those relays under the hood? And it’s tough to know if it’s the problem or not cus sometimes it crank and start right away and sometimes it crank and it doesn’t start but I’ll swap them and drive the car for like a week and see if it still does it . Thank you a lot for ur help I’ll give it a try and update you soon

you have checked quite a few things, but there are other sensors that can cause your issue
It still sounds like you are not getting fuel to me. when you crank it like that do you have a strong smell of fuel coming out the tailpipe? If not you are probably still not getting fuel. if you do then you are flooding it. Try starting it with the pedal at wide open throttle see if it starts

voltage regulator
alternator
fuel pressure regulator
throttle position sensor
ambient air temperature sensor

i swapped the relays it’s hard to till Becuase the weather is warmer so I will have to wait and see. The alternator is good Becuase I checked it and it’s not that old , throttle position sensor changed already .

how can I check the voltage regulator
and the fuel pressure regulator Becuase the mechanics said I am getting good fuel pressure.
And where is that ambition air temperature sensor and how to check that?

Sensor is located behind the front grill. To check, compare ambient temperature to your rear view mirror:
